VP of Membership - Christi Hughes -Cincinnati Financial (membership@cincinnati.iiba.org)  Christi Hughes is a Business Analyst at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies.  She has focused a majority of her professional experience in a variety of process improvement and process enhancement efforts.  Christi holds two advanced professional designations through Toastmasters and is currently working on her Associate of Insurance (AINS).

President - Michele OReilly - Great American Custom ( president@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Michele O'Reilly is currently a Business Systems Analyst at Great American Custom.  She has worked for Great American for over 15yrs, and is currently serving as a BSA for the Great American Custom team.  At Great American, Michele worked on projects involving workflow and process analysis, source application requirements and design, warehouse requirements and design.  Michele is currently heading up a new Production Support intiative at Great American. Michele holds a BSBA degree from the Xavier University and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) designation. 

VP of Administration - Pinar French – Sogeti, USA ( admin@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Pinar French is a Senior Consultant at Sogeti, USA, serving as a Business Analyst for Procter & Gamble. Within over 10 years of experience, she has also worked as a Data Steward and Analyst, Systems Engineer and Quality Assurance Lead.  Pinar has Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She is currently pursuing her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Certifications.

VP of Professional Development - Cathy Krist- Cincinnati Financial ( professionaldevelopment@cincinnati.iiba.org)

Cathy is currently a Business Analyst at Cincinnati Financial.  She has experiences across many industries and across roles.
Cathy is a graduate of the University of Akron with a BS in Computer Science and holds a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) designation.
 

VP of Marketing and Communication - Marsha Lewis - Great American Insurance( info@cincinnati.iiba.org
Marsha Lewis is currently a Lead Business Analyst at Great American Insurance.  She has worked for Great American for over 28 years.  Marsha has spent 12 years as an Application Developer and the remainder as a Business Analyst in multiple capacities.  Marsha currently works for the Financial Services Division overseeing requirements and testing for new development and support of the Underwriter Desktop, Financial Service, Reporting Mart, and Cognos reporting.  Marsha is an alum of the University of Cincinnati.
 

VP of Community Outreach - Linda Sweet - Fifth Third Bank ( outreach@cincinnati.iiba.org)

Linda is  currently a Business Analyst at Fifth Third Bank.  She has 30 years of Commercial Banking experience. She has concentrated on process improvement, quality management, and implementing applications for strategic initiatives encompassing various lines of business within banking.  She is currently focused on vendor relationships, project management and requirement gathering.  She holds a BSBA from Thomas More College.

Director-At-Large - Julie Jordan - Great American Insurance  ( director1@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Julie has worked for Great American Insurance for 25 years.  She currrently serves as a BA Supervisor and Product Owner for the Financial Data warehouse.  She holds several professional designations including Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) ; Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS)
