President - Michele OReilly - Great American Insurance ( president@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Michele O'Reilly is currently a Business Analyst at Great American Insurance.  She has worked for Great American for over 15yrs, and is currently serving as the Enterprise BA for the Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative.  At Great American, Michele worked on projects involving workflow and process analysis, source application requirements and design, warehouse requirements and design.  Michele is currently heading up a new Production Support intiative at Great American. Michele holds a BSBA degree from the Xavier University and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) designation. 

VP of Administration - Pinar French – Sogeti, USA ( admin@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Pinar French is a Senior Consultant at Sogeti, USA, serving as a Business Analyst for Procter & Gamble. Within over 10 years of experience, she has also worked as a Data Steward and Analyst, Systems Engineer and Quality Assurance Lead.  Pinar has Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She is currently pursuing her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Certifications.

VP of Professional Development - Julie Jordan- Great American Insurance ( professionaldevelopment@cincinnati.iiba.org)

Julie Jordan has worked for Great American Insurance for 25 years.  She is currently serving as a Business Analysis Supervisor and Product Owner for the Financial Data Warehouse.  Julie is a graduate of Miami University with a BS in Business majoring in Decision Sciences.  She holds several professional designations including Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS).   

VP of Membership - Marsha Lewis - Great American Insurance( membership@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Marsha Lewis is currently a Lead Business Analyst at Great American Insurance.  She has worked for Great American for over 27 years.  Marsha has spent 12 years as an Application Developer and the remainder as a Business Analyst in multiple capacities.  Marsha currently works for the Financial Services Division overseeing requirements and testing for new development and support of the Underwriter Desktop, Financial Service, Reporting Mart, and Cognos reporting.  Marsha is an alum of the University of Cincinnati.

VP of Certification - Cathy Krist - The Cincinnati Insurance Company ( certification@cincinnati.iiba.org)
Cathy has spent over 34 years applying her software experience to a broad variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, insurance, inventory, payroll, ocean freight and scheduling, Direct Store Delivery route accounting and receiving.  She is currently a Senior Business Analyst at the Kroger Company serving as an Agile BA dedicated to master data management.  Over the years Cathy has worked in a variety of disciplines including developer, tester, trainer, analyst, project manager, business analyst and product owner. Her experience has taken her on assignments around the world.  She is skilled in both waterfall and agile methodologies.  Cathy is a graduate of the University of Akron with a BS in Computer Science.  She is an active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and earned her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) in 2012.
